Port Power chiefs David Koch and Kenneth Hinkley have made stunning allegations against Adelaide power forward Josh Jenkins, claiming that he was responsible for a late night incident involving inappropriate touching.
Hinkley declared in his post showdown press conference that Jenkins had inappropriately touched the left hand goal post at the northern end of Adelaide Oval during a crowded event attended by over 50,000 people.
“That sort of touching.. we expect better from role models in our society” said an irate Hinkley.
Meanwhile Port Adelaide Chairman David Koch has reportedly asked for CCTV footage from popular Adelaide nightspot Mr Kim’s to get further evidence of the incident.
“The footage will show that Jenkins is guilty of this heinous crime. As a society we are better than this and we must call out this misconduct when we see it.”
Jenkins refused to deny the allegations when questioned.
“I was molesting Jack Hombsch and Tom Konas all night. Why is everyone suddenly concerned about a little touch?”
More to come.
